I have a suite (u-bp881) for the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM). It runs, but the variables “roughness length after timestep” in the start dump (bp881.astart) and in the restart file after one year (bp881a.da18510101_00) are based on the pre-industrial (PI) land-ocean mask. It seems that the other variables look okay.

Here, I have questions. Should I set up “roughness length after timestep (stash_rq: 26)” in the Configure ancils? Or, it is automatically created but is my input something wrong?

There are the files at the following locations, /home/d03/kizumi/cylc-run/u-bp881/share/data/bp881.astart /home/d03/kizumi/cylc-run/u-bp881/share/data/History_Data/bp881a.da18510101_00

#3250 fixed pptransfer does not show on Gcylc ros yb19052

Hello CMS,

I run a suite (u-bp881) and it worked for the last 10 model years. But, the suite does not run and the status is "waiting" in the "housekeeping" on Gcylc because the "pptransfer" in the same year (18600701T000Z) does not show.

Here I have questions? How do I put the "pptransfer" task alone on the specific model year (18600701T000Z)? Otherwise, should I rerun the suite from the previous year or from the first year? if I do so, how do I implement it?

Hello CMS,

I have a suite (u-bp881) and it worked for the last 16 model years. But, ocean.output file shows that the suite has an error from NEMO now. Thus, although I modified the bathymetry file for fixing the error, I do not know how to restart the suite from the before the error using the modified bathymetry file.

How do I restart my suite? Should I also modify the ancil file for NEMO?
