#2294 answered No rule to make target error. ros 21001998
Description

Hi

I am currently getting the error, gmake: * No rule to make target model_time_mod.o', needed by sf_impl2.o'. Stop.

in /home/n02/n02/jtalib/output/xnngj000.xnngj.d17279.t112559.comp.leave

I am trying to use two modified branches, the first is a JULES branch, /home/jtalib/branches/JULES_prescribe_LH and the second is an atmospheric branch, /home/jtalib/branches/vn8.5_prescribing_LH .

I have made changes to sf_impl2_jls.F90 in JULES, but unsure how to resolve this error. I noticed your FAQs page but unsure where the JULES script components would be on ARCHER?

Kind regards, Josh.

#2586 fixed Can't build JULES. ros 21001998
Description

Afternoon,

For some reason I can't extract JULES when building my model.

My error appears in /home/jtalib/um/um_extracts/xobsm/baserepos/JULES/ext.out.

[FAIL] https://puma.nerc.ac.uk/svn/JULES_svn/JULES/trunk@um8.5: revision keyword not defined

Not had this error before, so I'm unsure what's the problem. I tried to add a .fcm file but this didn't help.

Any ideas?

Josh.

#2009 fixed qsub: script file:: No such file or directory MAIN_SCR: Submit failed ros Alcide.Zhao
Description

Hi

I'm doing the UM tutorial. my job ID is xmzde. I submited my job as a CRUN, to run on ARCHER using the umui on PUMA. However, when I press the submit button in the umui, I receive the following error: qsub: script file:: No such file or directory MAIN_SCR: Submit failed

My archer ID is alcide

BTW- When I check my setups, there a lot of STASH errors show up. This might be a problem of diagnostics? I checked my personal detail setting under user information and submit methods>General information, and teses are all fine. However, I am not sure what I should type on Account name?

Can you see anything that I might have done wrong? Cheers, Alcide Zhao
