I tried to upload a basis file, on PUMA's UMUI, into a new job, xdnba.

The basis file was in ~mjm/HadOCC/Ian_T/basis_afjfp.txt.

DOing the upload, I got an abundance of warning and error messages: WARNINGS: Basis db variable not in variable register: MASS_GENPREF Basis db variable not in variable register: MASS_TEMPLATE Basis db variable not in variable register: LEXTRA_STREAMS Basis db variable not in variable register: USE_MASS Basis db variable not in variable register: COMP_NEC Basis db variable not in variable register: UMDIR_OPT Basis db variable not in variable register: CLROPT Basis db variable not in variable register: MACH_NEC Basis db variable not in variable register: USE_UMMODS Expected variable name in basis db read, got: Y Expected variable name in basis db read, got: Y Expected variable name in basis db read, got: Y [many similar follow]

Is there a better way to do the upload so as to include the variables etc that this upload rejected?
