UM FCM Tutorial - Creating a branch fail

Description

Attempting to create a branch using fcm gui and trac ticket 207. The following error is returned which I can't make sense of.

Hi Leighton,

You have the VISUAL and EDITOR variables set to Emacs in your .profile on PUMA. You need to change this to be emacs - which is the command you use to start up emacs.
