Puma login problem

I have been having problems logging into avenue@… from my home computer for a few weeks now. I get the error: 'connection reset by peer'

The same thing is happening when I try to log into my account from this computer.

It must be something on my side but I am still able to log into monsoon from this computer.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hi Annelize,

Your puma user name is avanni and you have locked your laptop out of logging into puma having too many failed attempts. I think I have found the laptop IP number you are coming in from and added it to the allowed hosts file. Please try logging into puma again from your laptop and if you still have the problem then let me know the time and date that you tried to login.

You'll need to raise an IT ticket for the same issue with oak if that is still happening.

I am still having the same problem on my laptop. The attempted login time is 10:08 15/05.

I think I've found the IP address you were coming from on the 15th May. Please try again and let me know how you get on.
