Description
Dear all
I think I have an issue with my job due to the new ancillary file I created. I am pretty sure this has been created correctly, however I suspect the total integration time is shorter than what the model expects.
The job is xliye, it is a clean copy from xjlee (AMIP, GA6 N216), with the only exception of different SSTs.
You can find the leave file at /home/n02/n02/giacomo/output/xliye000.xliye.d15141.t105124.leave
Could you help with these please?
Many thanks
Giacomo

You have created a UM vn4.5 ancillary file for surface temperatures - look at your ssts and compare (using xconv) with those in /work/n02/n02/hum/ancil/atmos/n216e/orca025/sst/reynolds/1981_2012_360/v1/qrclim.sst
You need to rerun xancil to create the ancillary file for the correct UM version.

Thank you - will do that.
Just to make sure, how do I find (or set) the exact integration period of this particular run (e.g. 1 Sep 1981-30 Dec 2008)?
Thank you
Giacomo

The model starts at the date in the start file and attempts to run for as long as you specify in Model selection→Input/Output?..→Start date and run length
