Without a comp.leave file, its hard to follow what you have done. Please do a full rebuild and keep the leave file output.

I notice that you are using a defunct version of netcdf. You need to change this so that the default is loaded ie

module load cray-netcdf

and not as you have "module load cray-netcdf/4.3.1"

Dear Grenville,

I have saved the output from the manual compilation to

There were other messages on the screen which I have copied to

This is the corresponding .leave file:

I am not sure how I have loaded "module load cray-netcdf/4.3.1". I have put "module load cray-netcdf" into my .profile?

I have taken a copy from the job and started from the same start dump from which xleos ran successfully before. This new job is xleow.
I get the same segmentation fault as for xleos.

Please try a complete rebuild but switch off the use of prebuilds.
