UMUI crashing at start-up with "No connection" error

Description

Dear NCAS-CMS helpdesk,

This ticket is to report that this evening, when I have been trying to
open the UMUI (from PUMA) it has been crashing giving a new pop-up window
entitled "No connection" with the information as below.

The error message in the windows says Could not connect to the PRIMARY server (puma). The PRIMARY server (puma) may not be running. There may be a network failure.

Select 'Quit' to quite the application or, if appropriate select 'Cancel' to
cancel the command the system will attempt to continue as though the command
had not been tried.
Otherwise, if there have been no announcements of outages then
PLEASE report to the Server Administrators as they be unaware of the problem'.

I'm reporting this issue here to the NCAS-CMS helpdesk to flag up the issue.

Hi Graham,

UMUI and web server have now been restarted. It looks like something happened (possibly an interrupt to the power) to cause a reboot which we will investigate.
