Permission denied, incorrect RSA key

Reported by: dilshadshawki Owned by: ros
Priority: normal Component: UM Model
Keywords: RSA, known_hosts, MONSooN Cc:
Platform: MONSooN UM Version: 8.2

Description

Hello Helpdesk,

When I try running the UM it fails after I enter my passcode for monsoon.

The error messages are below and as instructed by the error message I checked that the RSA key in /home/dshawk/.ssh/known_hosts is removed so that a new one can be generated. But I am still getting this error message.

Please can you help me with this issue?
The jobid is xlzcj

Many thanks,
Dill

Hi Dill,

Which /home/dshawk/.ssh/known_hosts file did you remove the key from? xcm and lander? Can you check both please. You will need to make sure you remove all occurrences of the PUMA host key in the file.

Cheers,
Ros.

Hi Ros,

I just checked them both and it was the xcm one that I hadn't removed.

Many thanks for pointing this out.

Best,
Dill
