postproc retrying

Description

Dear CMS,

I ran my copy of Luke's vn10.6.1 job, u-ak996. It ran OK except that postproc is shown to be retrying, as in the attached image. I have this problem since before when I was running my copies of Mohit's suite. I was OK with this when I was testing new settings etc, but it will be a problem when I run a longer simulation. Could you please tell me how I can fix this?

Thanks,
Masaru

in log.err of postproc, I got many of these;

[WARN] mkset: System error (Error=255)
ls: cannot access /home/myosh/.moosedir/moose: No such file or directory
Unable to load Moose credentials. Please check credential file permissions. Only file owner should have read and write access

and then

[FAIL] main_pp.py - PostProc complete. Exiting with errors in atmos_archive
[FAIL] Terminating PostProc...
[FAIL] main_pp.py atmos # return-code=1
Received signal ERR

Quite likely this is due to the fact that I have not set up an access to MASS. Do I need to have an access to it? I asked Mohit this in the past and he didn't necessarily said yes, but setting up MASS may be an easy remedy here and may be helpful in the future as well.

Hi Masaru,

If you don't want to archive to MASS just switch post-processing off in suite.conf → Build and Run. If you want access to MASS then you will need to contact monsoon@… to ask them to create you a MASS account.

Ros.

Hi Ros.,

That's great. Then I will try this without creating a MASS account for now. Thank you.

Masaru
