My suite u-ai540 has failed with the error "Failed in fseek"

You have run out of disk space. The suite was unable to produce an LBC file, and fell over soon after. Try removing or moving some of your data from /work

Great! Thanks Simon. I keep deleting data from /work as the suite proceeds. When I ran out of disk quota earlier, the error always said 'disk quota exceeded'. I am seeing this fseek failed error for the first time.

I suspect this is the first time the suite has failed in the LBC update section. In general, I wouldn't always expect a 'disk quota exceeded' type error when going over quota. Always best to check.
