Request for quota increase on archer

Description

The home directory of my account on archer is full. My job failed due to the quota problem. Could someone help me to increase quota of my home directory? Thank you!

Hi Jian-Feng,

Your /home quota on ARCHER is fine. You are using less than 1Gb out of 10Gb.

Please let us know the job id and we'll take a look.

Hi Ros,

Sorry, I made a mistake. I look at the wrong job.err file that says quota exceed. My problem is that "(login.archer.ac.uk) 2017-06-07T15:47:33+01 [STDERR] qsub: would exceed queue generic's per-user limit", seems there is a limit for the numbers of job. I just submitted another job with cycling. I stop the new job and resume the previous one. It works ok now.

By the way, could you please help to increase the quota of my directory on PUMA? It's going to be filled. I am submitting different suites to compare the results and needs more space.
