Unable to locate a modulefile for 'cray-netcdf/4.4.0'

Dear Annette,

I am re-running some jobs I had recently run (vn 10.5, idealised cyclone in periodic channel) and I am getting errors like the one listed at the bottom.

The jobs fail while building, at the fcm_make2 stage.
I haven't changed anything in the settings since the last time the jobs ran successfully (unless I did it accidentally, but I wouldn't really know how…) so I don't know why this error is arising.

The suites I tried today are u-al094 (in which I changed the value of surface temperature in the initial state) and u-al707, that is exactly the same that ran successfully around a month ago.

Do you have any idea of what the problem could be?

many thanks for the attention

Hi Ambrogio,

Cray removed that version of the cray-netcdf module a few weeks ago.

In the suite.rc file please change to using:
