Can't log in to MOSRS

Hi,

Iā€™m having problems logging into MOSRS. My repository password is not being recognised.

I have tried requesting a password reset here: ā€‹https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/cc/sservice/pwdresetselfrq but have not received any email. Until last week I was a 50% time Met Office employee (+50% UEA) - I'm now fully UEA. I'm wondering whether leaving the MO has resulted in my repository account being deleted. Note that I had been able to log into MOSRS and ROSE fine a couple of weeks ago, and I had already changed the email associated with my repository account to my UEA one.

Otherwise, the password has a # in it, and I notice from this ticket that this can cause problems with caching: http://cms.ncas.ac.uk/ticket/1968 … but as I say, the password was caching fine a couple of weeks ago.

Any help much appreciated.
