Finding old helpdesk tickets

Hello, I wanted to look up an old helpdesk ticket here, so I went to http://cms.ncas.ac.uk/query in order to see a list of my tickets. However, no tickets are shown with the default settings (owner "is" "watson" and all "status" boxes are ticked except "closed"), even though I have a couple of open tickets at the moment. Ticking the "closed" box and then "update" does not change this. Is this how you are supposed to search for old tickets?

  • Status changed from new to accepted
  • UM Version <select version> deleted

Hi Peter,

You are the 'reporter' not the owner. The owner is the CMS team member dealing with your query. So select 'reporter' from the And button and enter your user name. Then click the minus button next to owner, press update and you're good to go.
