Hi Noel

You're using JULES code that was modified from JULES 4.9 source. So you're using what is known as a 'branch' from JULES 4.9, rather than the JULES 4.9 'trunk' version.

According to the copy I have of the FLUXNET suite u-al752, we are using the latest version (JULES_REVISION=) of JULES_FCM='~kwilliam/Packages/JULES/new_rep/r9227_add_gpp_unstressed_diagnostic'

I am not sure if your suite that we modified from u-al752 has these same settings for JULES_REVISION or JULES_FCM or not. But the above means that JULES 'trunk' revision 9227 was used to create Karina Williams' 'branch' called r9227_add_gpp_unstressed_diagnostic.

You can see the changes made to this branch after it was taken from the trunk at:

And at the following web page you should be able to see that JULES trunk revision 9227 is after JULES 4.9 trunk revision 8484 and before JULES 5.0 trunk revision 9522, so that's one way to determine that the branch is from JULES 4.9:

You can also compare the branch with the version 9227 trunk at the JASMIN command-line, by typing:
fcm diff fcm:jules.x_tr@9227 fcm:jules.x_br/dev/karinawilliams/r9227_add_gpp_unstressed_diagnostic
(no line break in the last line).

Or to compare the trunk at rev 9227 to the trunk at JULES 4.9 trunk rev 8484:

fcm diff fcm:jules.x_tr@8484 fcm:jules.x_tr@9227

(there were a lot of changes in this case, not so many in the last case).
