Description (last modified by pmcguire)

Hi Patrick

Since I don't yet have MOSRS privilege and proper group workspace access on JASMIN, can you do a MOSRS checkin of my Rose/Cylc? suite for JULES with the rivers enabled? And an archive of the output data files?

The copy of the u-as052globeA_CTL-BCJ_jules4.9p_trip1deg suite has been checked in to MOSRS as suite u-ba037.

Omar:

I have archived the TRIP data files, and the roses configuration files on JASMIN. I am only archiving the outputs/training files right now. It might take a couple hours for that. We should wait till your new run is finished before archiving that run.

All your archived files are at:

/group_workspaces/jasmin2/nexcs/pmcguire/omuller

You should be able to read those files once you get nexcs group workspace privilege on JASMIN.

Ok. My username is ovmuller, perhaps is better to rename omuller by ovmuller to be consistent.

The user now has an MOSRS account, since he is now in Reading.
And he has checked out the suite we created previously on his behalf.
