Hi Chris,

The scitools module was updated today and mule is not included within it anymore. You need to use the um_tools module.

In site/MONSooN.rc change occurrences of module load scitools to module load um_tools. Then do a rose suite-run --reload and retrigger the failed postproc_atmos task.

Regards,
Ros.

Hi Ros,

Thanks for the info - I made that change and it's working fine. I'll close this now.

Cheers,
Chris

Dear both,

Thank you for highlighting and responding to the problem so fast.
Just a little addition: by doing those changes, the run stopped to create .pm and .ps files. At the end of the run, .py year average was also missing.

Best regards,

Christophe

Hi both,

For context, my run (u-bg601) seems to be producing and archiving all apm.pp, aps.pp, and apy.pp files as normal.

Cheers,
Chris
