Description
Patrick:
Can you help with running the JULES/FLUXNET suite u-al752 on CEDA JASMIN for the CSSP/PORCELAIN project on the China sites? Can you help with running this suite with plant-physiology variables at their default settings and with typically ±10% changes?

From ChrisH (chuntingford): [edited for this ticket]
Karina and ChrisH (with input from Lina) will have a think about a few more of the parameters that we could potentially change. In the JULES namelist. So adding to the 6 perturbed for the report Phil has just submitted. We might also make the ranges bigger.

Chris H presented our initial analysis of these runs at the CSSP/PORCELAIN meeting at CEH a couple of weeks ago.
We are working on trying to improve the runs, perhaps by masking out the night-time data, as discussed in ticket #2838.
