Hello Patrick,
My run of u-bh383 (which is copied from u-al752) has failed. I have attached the error file. In summary the error is:
file_ts_open: Given file '/group_workspaces/jasmin2/jules/pmcguire/fluxnet/kwilliam/suite_data/vn1.0/fluxnet/GF_Guy-met.dat' does not exist.

Hi Azin
When I do ls /group_workspaces/jasmin2 on JASMIN, it says:
ls: cannot open directory /group_workspaces/jasmin2: Permission denied.
So this suggests that the hard drive for the jules group workspace is still not online yet, after this morning's JASMIN OUTAGE that I reminded you about in an earlier ticket.
Maybe you can wait until that group workspace is back online?
It looks like the LOTUS batch processing is back online already, since otherwise your suite would not have run,
and since when I type bqueues, I see that there are ongoing runs for the par-multi queue, for example.

I will close this ticket now. If you get the same problem after the jules group workspace is available again, then please create a new ticket from scratch.
