jules tickets

Hi CMS helpdesk

The ticket #2862 seems to have been submitted with the Component being JULES, but it said that the original owner was um_support. I didn't receive an email notification that a JULES ticket had been submitted, even though I think I am supposed to receive such emails.

Can you diagnose the issue?

The system has never been set to assign JULES tickets to you only Land Surface Modelling ones. I will have to delete and recreate that component in order to auto assign to you. Happy to do that - but it will be later this afternoon.

OK, thanks.
I probably should be auto assigned the JULES tickets. But if you want the autoassignment to go to somebody else instead or additionally, I am flexible.
