Suites not updating (u-bj396, u-bj397)

Description

Dear NCAS helpdesk,

I have a few suites that are not updating, namely u-bj396 and u-bj397. They are stuck at job(01) started (polled).

I have looked at the qstat status for u-bj396 and it says this:

Job ID Username Queue Jobname SessID NDS TSK Memory Time S Time


6258913.sdb glenchua standard atmos_main — 15 360 — 01:40 Q —

Do you have any advice on what I can do about this?

Jobs on ARCHER will queue until resource is available to run them. We can do nothing but wait. Your jobs are going now.

Thank you for your response!

Unfortunately on my Suite Control GUI, it says that the jobs are running, but it's been stuck at job(01) started (polled) for the past 7 or so hours.. In the T-finish column, the progress bar is completed but it's not moving on from there.

Try stopping the suite and restarting it (don't kill the active tasks)
