Hi Will,

Since you are on Monsoon, you should be able to get them yourself if you have MASS access. I use a script /home/d04/frmy/bin/get_dump. If you type this and hit return it will tell you how to use it.

Thank you, I didn't realise. It currently says "MASS is down", but I'll try again later.

Tried it again just now and it still returns with "MASS is down". My colleague believes that it might be maintenance day on Wednesdays, so I will try run it again tomorrow, before I start looking for a way to fix it, if there is a problem.

OK, I found it. It is still saying "MASS is down". The error message is wrong. I've done some testing and I suspect it is because you do not have the right permissions. Try the command,

moo ls moose:/opfc

and if it returns something like,

ls command-id=775537548 failed: (SSC_TASK_REJECTION) one or more tasks are rejected.
  moose:/opfc: (TSSC_UNAUTHORISED) permission denied.

then you'll need to apply to the Monsoon administrator for permission to access the opfc class. This is where the start dumps are stored.

Meanwhile, I'll try to improve my script.

Thank you for your help! I had to get Moose credentials first, but now the above is exactly what is showing up, so I've asked for permission now.
