atmos.exe time out error

Hello Helpdesk,

My suite u-bk453 crashed for the second time today with a timeout error (see below) while atmos.exe was trying to write out outputs.
Today it also took me ~50 min to copy a file from a directory to another on ARCHER. Is something wrong with ARCHER/RDF? (currently the Service Status webpage does not mention any issue).
If the two things are not linked, what could be causing the problem? (it is the first time I get this type of error).

Hi Vittoria,

Yes ARCHER is currently very slow at the moment - they are looking into the problem.
