Hi,

I switched from xcslc0 to xcslc1 because there is a problem with xcslc0 at the moment.
However, I am getting the following error when I try to run JULES suites on MONSOON xcslc1.

This happens very fast when I log on to MONSOON and to xcslc1, so I'm not sure I understand why it is "timing out"?

Hi Noel,

The problems with xcslc0 have now been fixed, however there is currently a problem with logging into postproc which is currently being investigated.

If you don't already have access to the Monsoon collaboration Yammer group please email the monsoon team at the Met Office (monsoon@…) to ask to be added. This will enable you to keep informed of problems with the service.

Hi,

I have been trying relentlessly to get on to Yammer, but when I am sent the link it's not working. However, the MONSOON Yammer group team are dealing with this now. Thanks for suggesting Yammer as you are right I do need to be part of that mailing group.
