No connection to ARCHER

Description

Hi

I cannot submit a suite or login to ARCHER since this afternoon. The connection just times out. Is that a general problem today or specific to my account? Thanks a lot for your help!

Due to a security exploitation on the ARCHER login nodes, the decision has been taken to disable access to ARCHER while further investigations take place.

The EPCC Systems team is working with Cray to investigate this issue and we will provide further updates tomorrow afternoon.

Hi Markus,

I suggest you login in to ARCHER SAFE and check your email address is correct and make sure you are subscribed to the user mailings for important announcements, service status notifications and service news. This is all set under the "your details" tab.

You can also see service status on the ARCHER website.
