pptransfer failed

pptransfer to jasmin failed with unknown error. However, I was able to copy the said command and run it manually. Any idea what caused the error? Thanks!

Hi Eden,

If you look a couple of lines above the message you posted there is a permission denied - so it couldn't log you in to JASMIN:

Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(641) [sender=3.0.4]

When you ran the command on the command line were you prompted for your JASMIN passphrase or did it go through without you typing anything?

I ran the following command and typed in the passphrase before everything

eval $(ssh-agent -s) && ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsa_jasmin

And I was able to ssh in to JASMIN manually, and to rsync data into JASMIN manually (by copying the rsync command in the warning line). However, pptransfer still fails.
