Description

Hello CMS,

I have a suite (u-bp881) and it worked for the last 16 model years. But, ocean.output file shows that the suite has an error from NEMO now. Thus, although I modified the bathymetry file for fixing the error, I do not know how to restart the suite from the before the error using the modified bathymetry file.

How do I restart my suite? Should I also modify the ancil file for NEMO?

I appreciate your kind cooperation.

Thanks
Kenji

ocean.output file shows that

==⇒>> : E R R O R

===========

stpctl: the zonal velocity is larger than 20 m/s
======

kt=184920 max abs(U): 1.1857E+04, i j k: 79 327 1

output of last fields in numwso

==⇒>> : E R R O R

===========

step: indic < 0

dia_wri_state : single instantaneous ocean state
~ and forcing fields file created

and named :output.abort .nc

==⇒>> : E R R O R

===========

MPPSTOP
NEMO abort from dia_wri_state
E R R O R: Calling mppstop
