Unable to cache MOSRS password

Description
Got the following error after entering MOSRS password when trying to ssh into xcs-c in Monsoon:
svn: E230001: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/test' svn: E230001: Server SSL certificate verification failed: certificate has expired Error: Unable to access Subversion with given password Run "mosrs-cache-password" to try caching your password again
When I do rosie go &, I go the following error:
[FAIL] Cannot retrieve username/password: gpg-agent: ERR 67108875 Bad passphrase <GPG Agent>
I am sure I entered the correct password.

Hi,
The SSL certificate has expired. The Met Office will fix this as soon as they can.
