Can't log on to puma

Description
Hello, It is been a long time since I tried to log on to puma. I just tried with the new password sent by email 14/05/20. I get 'Permission denied' message. Please could you advise? Thanks.

Hi Rachael,
Your account have been archived after the email was sent as you hadn't logged in for more than two years. I've reinstated your account and you should now be able to login with the new password.
