data transfer from NEXCS to Jasmin

I've started a new run on NEXCS recently and pptransfer is failing repeatedly, like this:

Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(641) [sender=3.0.4]

It looks like I haven't got the ssh working properly to Jasmin, since the change of ssh keys. But I have changed the key, and it works fine by hand:

xcslc0$ ssh -i /home/d01/hadsa/.ssh/id_rsa_jasmin jonathan@… pwd


It doesn't need the -i - the key is in the agent. What else might be going wrong?
