Description
Dear CMS,
My suite, u-bx014, crashed with an error message "Back-end never delivered its pid" at the end of job.err. I thought I knew how to fix this problem. But unlike the previous cases I reported in #3353, either perturbing the dump file or changing n_conv_calls didn't change the result.
work/20190601T0000Z/coupled/ocean.output shows the following instead of an unphysical value of velocity;
time step is = 2700. you choose to write pcbias at nn_bias_itwrt = 15 and end of iau is rday/rdt= 32. Euler time step switch is 1 ===>>> : E R R O R =========== STOP Critical errors in NEMO initialisation huge E-R-R-O-R : immediate stop
Could you help me fixing this problem?
Thanks,
Masaru

HI Grenville,
Thanks for looking into the issue. As far as I can tell I only retriggered 'coupled' although I can't be completely sure…

u-bx014 produced some odd error messages for cycle 20190501T0000Z; postproc_cice for example, failed with
[FAIL] check_directory: Exiting - Directory does not exist: /home/d03/myosh/cylc-run/u-bx014/work/20190501T0000Z/postproc_cice/../coupled
Have you tried to retrigger the postproc tasks?
