Description

Hi,

I'm trying to run a simulation with an ancillary file but I get the following error:

OPEN: File /net/chestnut/export/chestnut/data-24/nathaelle/ANCILLARY/wind_stress_xfrne

to be Opened on Unit 113 Exists

Model completed with the following :

Error Code : 20
Message : INANCILO:integer header error

(in file /home/nathaelle/umui_ou/xfrnd000.xfrnd.d11026.t143711.leave)

Do you have any idea of what it means? (the ancillary file is net/chestnut/export/chestnut/data-24/nathaelle/ANCILLARY/wind_stress_xfrne_ini)

Thanks!

Nathaelle

If you look at Sub-Model Independent→File & Directory Naming..

you will see reference to files on our local file system. Hector can not see these files. Your files need to be on the /work file system for Hector to access them. sftp the files over to Hector and name then appropriately in the umui and try again.

Hi,

I'm not running the simulation on Hector but on Robinia (I'm working with Jonathan) so this shouldn't be a problem?

Thanks anyway,

Nathaelle

Nathealle

The ancillary file has data for a model with resolution 98x72 in the horizontal, but your model resolution is 48x37 - this kind of mismatch will give rise to the 'integer header error' you see in the hleave file.
