Description (last modified by ros)

I am unable to login to UM Trac, and this is a problem other people in
my office are experiencing.

When I point my browser to or other
web pages therein, I get the following message:

The Python egg cache directory is currently set to:

Perhaps your account does not have write access to this directory? You can
change the cache directory by setting the PYTHON_EGG_CACHE environment
variable to point to an accessible directory.

Any ideas what's causing this or how I can resolve the issue?

Many thanks,

Hi Oliver,

Thanks, we're aware of the problem (which is affecting all the Trac sites on PUMA) and it is being looked into. Will let you know when it's been fixed. Until then you should be able to use the "fcm" command line to get any information that you need, like revision numbers of branches, etc. See "fcm help".
