Description
Hi
Can I have the Global analysis for the following dates please:
10/OCT/2010 00GMT
11/OCT/2010 00GMT
12/OCT/2010 00GMT
13/OCT/2010 00GMT
14/OCT/2010 00GMT
15/OCT/2010 00GMT
16/OCT/2010 00GMT
17/OCT/2010 00GMT
Please note that I only need the T+006 file for the above dates.
(e.g.prodm_op_gl-mn_20101011_00_006.pp, 8 .pp files in total)
In addition, please note that last time I requested similar files for 10 and 11/OCT/2010, some of them are corrupted and cannot be opened with xconv (specifically prodm_op_gl-mn_20101011_00_006.pp, whcih is one of the files I requested above). That is before I transfer them from the data_xfer directory to my own so I don't think something is lost during file transfer. You can find the corrupted files on the following directory.
/home/n02/n02/rm024650/work/megi/analysis

Hi Willie
The data has been transferred. The prods* files are working perfectly but I still cannot xconv the prodm* files. For now the prods* are enough but I'm just wondering did I do something wrong or they're just corrupted?

Hi Mike,
If you let me know which file, the error and the version of xconv, I'll have a look.

Hi Willie
Basically all the prodm files. I'm using xconv version 1.91. The error message I get is:

======= Backtrace: =========
/lib64/libc.so.6(+0x75018)[0x7f8ce0fbb018]

Hi Mike,
It works for me on HECToR: I looked at the orography field in prodm_op_gl-mn_20101010_00_006.pp. Which computer are you running xconv on?
regards,
Willie

Hi Mike,
Your data is now ready on HECToR in /work/n02/n02/wmcginty/data_xfer. Please copy it as soon as possible.

Willie
