Known issues

Fixes included in the standard job. These issues were found when porting this job from the Met Office supercomputer to HECToR.

  1. STASH items:
The following items cause the model to crash:
    (1,235) TDAY30yr, DIAG, UPD, package R
(2,207) TDAYM, DIAG, UPD, package R

This is fixed with branch:

fcm:um_br/dev/annette/VN7.8_rad_diagfix_ukmo/src 8619
  1. Diagnostics bug:
The following branch needs to be included:
    fcm:um_br/dev/annette/VN7.8_diagnostics_bl_fix/src 1851

Otherwise the model crashes with certain domain decompositions.
