NCAS UM Helpdesk

Welcome to the NCAS Unified Model Helpdesk.

In order to raise a new query you need to be an authorised NCAS user or a UK academic user.
Login with your UM Helpdesk username/password and then select "New Ticket" from the menu bar above.
If you have not been issued with a username yet, please continue to login as umdoc.

16 August 2007 We are currently experiencing intermittent problems when logging into the UM Helpdesk. We are investigating this. Please bear with us while we resolve this issue. Reloading the webpage a few minutes later often clears the problem.

July 2007 We are currently in the process of creating usernames for everybody. The initial phase includes all those with accounts on PUMA.
Once that has happened and assuming there are no problems accounts will be rolled out to all other users.
