Christmas Closure Notice

Welcome to the NCAS Unified Model Helpdesk.

Important Announcement (20th Dec 2010):

During the week leading up to Christmas, there will be very limited Helpdesk Support, any non-urgent queries will be dealt with in the New Year. During the University closure period, between 24th December and the 4th January the Helpdesk will be closed, any tickets created during this time will be responded to on our return in the New Year.

In order to raise a new query you need to be an authorised NCAS user or a UK academic user.

Login with your UM Helpdesk username/password (which you will have received when you registered for PUMA) and then select "New Ticket" from the menu bar above.
